DIECI. Come nel capolavoro della letteratura gialla "Dieci piccoli indiani" di Agatha Christie, dove gli invitati vengono riuniti a Nigger Island, senza conoscersi tra loro. Così i “Dieci per versi” provengono da situazioni ed esperienze diverse, ma si ritrovano, altra analogia col romanzo della Christie, in mezzo al mare "poetico" che circonda l'isola, mare agitatissimo tale da rendere i contatti con la terraferma praticamente impossibili. Nel famoso romanzo prende vita un'indagine serrata per scoprire l'assassino tra gli invitati al castello, in questa raccolta, invece, l'indagine introspettivaverte sull'eterna fondamentale domanda: "Chi siamo noi davvero?" Cosa giace sepolto dentro le nostre viscere emozionali? Chi c'è, davvero, nascosto tra la tenebra oscura e talvolta dannata del nostro io interiore? La Poesia è il magico Arcano, il contenitore ove attingere il Mistero, la sublime alchimia che in un attimo può cambiare il verso o il destino di un'intera esistenza. “Dieci per versi” rappresenta la poesia in concerto o meglio l’insieme di voci soliste nella straordinaria bellezzdella loro diversità unite in un canto a volte armonioso, altre in contrasto ma tutte con la medesima valenza emotiva.
