About the Authors Joan Marie Rosebush teaches calculus courses at the University of Vermont. Ms. Rosebush has taught mathematics to elementary, middle school, high school, and college students. She taught AP® Calculus via satellite television to high school students scattered throughout Vermont. Ms. Rosebush earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education, with a concentration in mathematics, at the University of New York in Cortland, N.Y. She received her Master's Degree in education from Saint Michael's College, Colchester, Vermont.
