Vzdělávání není činnost, která má končit za školními dveřmi. Naopak možnosti osobního rozvoje, studia toho, co je pro člověka skutečně zajímavé a důležité často začíná až tehdy, kdy má čas a možnost organizovat si učení se po svém.
