Google cloud Endpoints. I'm sure there are some typos somewhere and I will make an effort to improve the text with every update. But most important for me was, to make an easy understandable, straight forward introduction into Android Studio. Since Android Studio is still in development, the book will also evolve with the progress of the program and will be updated frequently.
