L'imagerie ophtalmologique actuelle permet de découvrir précocement les modifications physiopathologiques, de mieux comprendre les mécanismes pathologiques et de les expliquer de façon didactique à nos patients, pour renforcer notre action thérapeutique. Très richement illustrée, cette deuxième édition actualisée et enrichie, présente pour chacune des régions anatomiques oculaires, les avantages et les limites des différents systèmes d'imagerie en précisant leurs indications et leurs complémentarités en intégrant les avancées technologiques récentes. -La cornée est explorée efficacement par les systèmes optiques (OCT, topographie, microscopie spéculaire...). y- L'angle irido-cornéen et la périphérie rétinienne sont explorés par les appareils optiques avec des limites de pénétration que l'échographie de très haute fréquence (UBM) permet de dépasser. -La région maculaire, la papille et les fibres optiques sont accessibles aux images dites « en face » (rétinographie, angiographie, OCT « en face » et, plus récemment, OCT-angiographie), complétées de façon optimale par les images « en coupe » (OCT, échographie). -Le diagnostic des tumeurs oculaires et leur surveillance font intervenir différents types d'exploration (photographie, angiographie, échographie, UBM...). Leur place et leurs indications respectives sont exposées de façon stratégique et didactique. L'imagerie oculaire est de plus en plus présente dans les structures de consultation et quelques centres lui sont spécifiquement dédiés. De nouvelles applications sont développées au bloc opératoire, notamment grâce à la technique de la réalité augmentée.

The new Edition of the report of the European Commission for the Efciency of Justice (CEPEJ), which evaluates the functioning of the judicial systems in 45 Council of Europe’s member states and an observer state to the CEPEJ, Israël, remains in line with the process carried out since 2002. Relying on a methodology which is already a reference for collecting and processing a wide number of quantitative and qualitative judicial data, this unique study has been conceived above all as a tool for public policy aimed at improving the efciency and the quality of justice. To have the knowledge in order to be able to understand, analyse and reform, such is the objective of the CEPEJ which has prepared this report, intended for policy makers, legal practitioners, researchers as well as for those who are interested in the functioning of justice in Europe.
