Hut Pavilion Shrine: Architectural Archetypes in Mid-Century Modernism

The phase of American architectural history we call 'mid-century modernism,' 1940-1980, saw the spread of Modern Movement tenets of functionalism, social service and anonymity into mainstream practice.
