Ella's Bear Wears a Hat of Air

Meet spunky Ella, a little girl who is never without a hat and who is looking for a friend. She thinks a wandering bear would do just fine, but her parents have a different view. Just why this is so might be a surprise. Easy rhythm and rhyme move the story along while benefitting early readers. Young children will take pride in completing the lines and, with smiles at the ending, parents and caregivers are likely to be asked to read it again. The story carries in it a gentle message: the many excuses we use to keep us apart might just disappear if we cared to open our eyes a little wider. But, first and foremost, it is a good story.
