The nature of water itself is another whole story, but it is true that water is colorless and odorless. It can be in three states: liquid, gas, and solid. The atom of water is so unique and is one of the strongest of the atoms. It takes so much energy to be able to break it apart. Water is life itself, and water is the first and the most basic aspect of wine.
