Foreword: “With this book, i research and reveal the relatively hidden and concealed interaction between the civil navies and the armed forces of states, from the point of view of the civil navigator, both in times of peace and in times of war. As a result of my experiences and findings, i can presume that this research topic has been considered inconvenient by the secret societies termed by me “ethnical or national secret political organizations” controlling the states in a measure, because of its providing information and reasons for civil societies for reducing the armed forces as one of their most valuable political means of conserving and enhancing the national-imperialist reign of their national states, and accordingly this topic has been strangled in secret, as well as self-strangled by higher professionals, who have been aware of the corresponding national secret political requirement or expectation, and have not wanted their positions, career and prestige to be impaired.”
