Remember the speaking cards are not to be considered as a written script! Use them as a companion guide and try to create a smooth flow of the language talking about your own picture stories from any album in your own minds… Generally speaking, a multiple reading of all the cards will ensure better practice of sentence structures and expressions that aim in building a natural flair for the language. Learn to blend your thought sequences into word components on your lips. You don’t have to impress the invigilator or examiner! A proper and engaging context is what is expected of students to portray during the ‘conversation’. There aren’t any right or wrong answers either! A little digression from the topic may be allowed but remember to put yourself back on track every time that happens. ‘Comprehension’ of the topic card at hand plays a key factor in conveying fair acceptable answers.
