Ce travail présente une contribution à la classification automatique de défauts lors du contrôle par courants de Foucault du fil de cuivre. Après avoir étudié la possibilité d'une telle classification il est déduit que l'amélioration du rapport signal sur bruit est une étape indispensable pour la réussite de cette classification. Plusieurs méthodes de filtrage adaptatif ont été testées et une méthode d'interpolation adaptative a été développée. Cette méthode peut être appliquée avec succès à l'amélioration du rapport signal sur bruit dans le cas des signaux impulsionnels noyés dans un bruit stationnaire à bande étroite, modélisable par un modèle AR d'ordre fini. La méthode d'interpolation est appliquée avec succès aux signaux obtenus en contrôle non destructif par courants de Foucault de tubes de générateur de vapeur
