The Timekeeper was written and illustrated by the late Anna Riphahn when she was only 14 years old. Her painstaking efforts and ambition earned her a National Written and Illustrated By Award for Students given by Landmark Editions, Inc. Her budding career as an author and artist was cut short when Anna died in a car accident at the age of 17.
