Proposition d'un modèle cognitif axé sur l'auto-organisation de la connaissance pour la résolution de problèmes

L'acquisition des connaissances expertes, désormais considérée comme une activité de modélisation, nécessite une phase d'analyse et de représentation des connaissances dans un modèle conceptuel intermédiaire. Les objectifs des travaux présentés dans cette thèse sont d'une part de proposer une démarche originale d'analyse des connaissances expertes permettant de mettre à jour leurs caractéristiques, et d'autre part de contribuer à la conception d'un outil conceptuel de représentation intermédiaire. Les deux premières parties présentent différentes définition de la connaissance, et quelques méthodes d'acquisition des connaissances. La troisième partie propose une démarche d'analyse s'appuyant sur l'aspect auto-organisation des connaissances. L'Agent Spécialisé, structure générique de modélisation, possède des fonctionnalités lui permettant de : planifier la résolution d'un problème en s'appuyant sur une décomposition en sous-problèmes, controler leur résolution et finalement produire un résultat global. Les connaissances expertes peuvent alors être vues comme une collection d'Agents Spécialisés coopérant pour être en mesure de résoudre un problème. La quatrième partie présente un outil conceptuel de représentation conçu sur le principe des systèmes multi-agents. Cette approche de modélisation est finalement illustrée à travers une application médicale.
