Abstract: "This report is devoted to study the propagation of guided waves in heterogeneous media with a symmetry of revolution. This problem is reduced to the spectral analysis of a sequence of self-adjoint operators. We establish sharp results which extend and complete those previously obtained in [BDJ]. The most of this results were [sic] used in [C]. They constitute a theoretical background for numerical analysis of guided waves. This will be done in a next report by localized finite element method."
