That Troublesome Term

Vandeleur "Vandy" Hay has spent a happy couple of years at Timbrells School, run by her cousin the "Queen Bee", but the arrival of new girl Amy and a very welcome injection of funds to keep the school going brings complications no one anticipated, for Amy has no interest in playing second fiddle to anyone, least of all the Head's young relation. As Amy does her best to supplant Vandy, rifts appear within the school, and tennis matches, illicit sweets and escaped silver foxes all contribute to the most troublesome term anyone has ever experienced.
