As the market price for eels goes through the roof, Bill, a renegade and semi-insane scientist-bioengineers a super-species of eel with the hope of cashing in.
Bill’s plans go awry when is project is uncovered by warring gangs who will stop at nothing to corner the market. Plans go even more awry when the eels began to display signs of self-awareness. Bill’s decision to recreate the Bermuda Triangle in a small inlet off the coast of Rhode Island does nothing to help matters. And, while it seemed like a good idea to hire two uncertain high school students as assistants, it wasn’t.
As New Wirral falls into chaos of absurdist proportions, there’s only one thing-one eel-who can save the day.
