All Is Not Well

All is Not Well is the story of a once in a generation female athlete before Title IX. The boys are intimidated by her and the girls despise her because she is not a girly-girl. She really has only one friend, a local boy who champions her cause and at least gets the boys to accept her. When she is 19, a life-changing event occurs, and the remainder of the books tells how she copes with this.
