Lifeguard and rock and roll drummer Cody Carruthers loves his job. Most of the time. When the tourists are thick on the beach, he’s not so happy. During a rescue of just such a tourist, Cody sees something he just can’t believe, something that will eventually change his life forever.
Tristan is a merman, curious about life above the water, wanting to see and do as much as he can in the short time he has to do it. He and Cody strike up a summer romance that would be the perfect fit, if it wasn’t for the merman thing...can these two manage to find common ground, or common waves?
