Mark Jefferson is a carpenter and local guide for Angel Mountain tours in Colorado. He takes a simple 'leaf-peeper' hiking gig, an overnight stay on the mountain and hike back. But the weather has other ideas and suddenly they are lost in a snowstorm and being followed by a large black bear.
He gets his people to the safety of a Ranger's cabin. But the cabin appears to have an a secretive inhabitant.
