The Smallest Witch

"Wendy, a young witch, gets her chance to sweep cobwebs one Halloween when an older witch has a problem with her broom. As usual, she has trouble keeping her mind on her job: she joins a group of trick-or-treaters, fills her cobweb bag so full of candy she can't get off the ground, and loses her cat. But coincidentally she finds a barn just full of cobwebs (for which she trades her candy) and so returns on time with a fine harvest."
