Sven

Sven is a young boy who suffers symptoms of stroke and later learns he has Moyamoya Disease, a rare neurovascular disease that affects the blood vessels of the brain. The book follows his experience with the disease from on-set of symptoms through surgical correction. It was written by neurosurgeon Dr. Nadia Khan to help explain this complex disease to her youngest patients.
