Chronologically "Coffee @ Pequods!" Occurs in 1999, in that ten
year gap between "The Hunt: Symbiosys" and "Necropolis".
However, it is meant to be read after "Necropolis", as is the
entire, as of yet unreleased, "Refuse Chronicles".
