A gradual Decline

Rick Holton is an up and coming reporter at a news station. When convicted serial killer Jackson Riley asks to be executed, Rick knows it is the story of a lifetime. heading to the jail, Rick is given the exclusive on Jackson's story. Unbelievably Rick finds himself liking Jackson and empathizing with the man. He also finds his own life falling apart as his anger rises with a new colleague.
