A young writer down on his luck, wins a dream vacation to the California coast. Though he can't recall entering any contest, the opportunity is too good to pass up. Soon after his arrival, he meets a pretty surfer girl too wonderful to leave behind. But all may not be as it seems in this ethereal fantasy.
