Rodman T. Penguin and the Las Vegas Gamblers are back for another season of hockey fun. Standing in their way again are the revamped and vastly improved Alaska Gold Rush. In order to keep up with their top opponent and the quick pace of a growing league, the Gamblers pick up some new talent of their own. Join the team this season are Beary Nelson Riley, a panda bear backup goalie, Big Chick, a sharpshooting giant chicken, Apple Jack, another hard hitting dog defenseman, and L-Rod, a junior penguin fresh out of the peewee leagues. Armed with world class players and determination unmatched, the Gamblers set out to prove that their championship run last season was no fluke. Along the way they have lots of laughs, make some new friends, make some new enemies, and even get into a bit of trouble.
