J-Bizza and Scatter are childhood friends who grew up in a neighborhood notorious for drugs and murder. During a five year prison bid, J-Bizza meets and befriends a Colombian named Jose, who upon J-Bizza's release supplies him with the purest cocaine UPTOWN has seen since the mid 80's. This only breeds hate amongst fellow dealers because his product is of a higher grade, which increases his clientele and beef.
