Before the White Star cruise liner is destroyed in a sandstorm (micro-meteorites) two crew members escape in a deep-space, inflatable life pod. Their lives quickly land in jeopardy as the power and oxygen aboard the craft rapidly depletes, until they discover the behemoth organism that has been around since the beginning of time. And they soon discover the secret it holds.
