Set Me Free

Fran is forced to move from Melbourne to a remote town on the Queensland coast with her brother and father after her parents divorce.
Fran is furious and is doing everything she can to get back to Melbourne and her mother, who she can't contact.
Then a storm hits and a dugong gets stuck in the lagoon and the town decides to turn it into an attraction, but Fran feels a connection with the creature and vows to set it free, so it isn't trapped and alone like her.
