This third edition of Prison Stories summarizes Igor Hofbauer's comics production, gathers seven comics (four of them are brand new!) that varies between short 4 pages tales to 30-something long and disturbing stories, having in common theme the lack of freedom in some environments, such as totalitarian or capitalist. Hofbauer imagination invokes the bizarre Balkan folklore like the story of a romantic (turbo folk?) regime singer that cannibalizes other artists. Another story is about a band starting in the days when Rock was forbidden in the communist countries through the "opening of the East" until the slaughters of the Balkans.
